What it does

Real backstitch tracking

Backstitch gets its own tab. Trace a line with your finger to mark it, or mark just the part you've stitched and finish the rest later. Unpick (frog) any line, whole or in part.

Works with a wide variety of PDF charts

Vector PDF charts from many designers and design programs: multi-page charts with overlaps, charts numbered from the centre, colour or black-and-white symbols, blends, and legends in other languages. Pages are arranged for you, and you can adjust them.

Already halfway through a chart in Pattern Keeper? Import its progress file and carry on in CrossLine.

Done stitches can be shown as a light wash, in their own floss colour, or in one solid colour, so the whole picture shows when you zoom out.

Scanned or image-only PDFs (photos of paper charts) aren't supported: CrossLine needs the symbols to be real shapes and text in the PDF.
